3. Thirty (30) Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe you will be satisfied with your Shadowspec Umbrella. If not, we are committed to working with you to resolve the matter. Should we be unable to do so, you may return your umbrella, and we will refund your umbrella purchase price in full, subject to the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item and will be made to the original payment method.
  

This Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).

4. Price Beat Guarantee

We will beat any valid written quote on a like-for-like product, subject to the following conditions:

• The competing quote must be for an identical model, including brand, specifications, materials, size, finish, and warranty.
• The quote must be in writing, current (dated within thirty (30) days of your intended purchase), verifiable, and issued by a Shadowspec authorised supplier.
• This offer excludes clearance items, liquidation sales, custom or bespoke products, discontinued models, and pricing errors.
• We reserve the right to verify the quoted offer and to determine product equivalency at our sole discretion.
• If your Price Beat request is approved, you will be notified in writing (including by email) prior to completing your purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase via our online order system and electronic shopping cart. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
If a freight charge is calculated incorrectly through the system, an Umbrello representative will contact you using the phone number or email address you have provided, and notify you of the correct amount before your order is processed further.
If you do not wish to proceed with the corrected freight amount, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of any amount already paid.
Completion of payment does not affect your rights to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) in the event of defective or incorrectly described goods.

6. Personal Data and Privacy

Umbrello Living Sdn Bhd collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) (PDPA). To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the liability of Umbrello Living Sdn Bhd, whether in contract, tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of the purchase price paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Umbrello Living Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the products purchased through it.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Malaysian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Termination of your account or access does not affect any orders already placed and confirmed prior to termination.
